Information and purposes

When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you send. When you purchase, Payhip supplies customer and order information such as your email, product, order reference, amount and billing details. We use this to fulfil orders, resolve requests, prevent fraud and meet accounting obligations. Required checkout information is needed to process the order.

Legal bases and retention

Order fulfilment and related support rely on performance of a contract; required records on legal obligations; security and other enquiries on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable shop. Optional marketing requires your consent. We keep information only while needed for these purposes and applicable legal retention periods, then delete or anonymise it.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and routes support email. Payhip provides checkout and file delivery; Stripe processes card payments. Email providers process support correspondence. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses and device details. We do not receive your full card number. Cookies and browser storage

This storefront has no advertising pixels or external analytics integration. It stores your collection filter in local storage and a welcome-animation preference in session storage. You can clear these in your browser. The free sample requires no email address. External checkout and provider security services have their own cookie practices.

Your rights

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection where applicable, or to withdraw marketing consent. We may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
